Conditions

Conditions are similar to status effects, but cover a wider range of things. While status effects are limited strictly to combat and disappear at the end of each combat encounter, conditions linger beyond fights, and can effect a characters skills and narrative actions as well.

Positive Conditions

Iron Heart
When under the Iron Heart condition, a value is given. Increase your current and maximum HP by the given values. Generally, if you gain Iron Heart from multiple sources the values stack, but getting it again from the same source an additional time provides no further benefit.
Iron Heart is lost any time you take a Full Rest.

Negative Conditions

Hungry
Hunger is given as a specific value any time you take a Full Rest or Break Camp without eating. Each time you do so, hunger will stack and get worse. Each time you complete a combat encounter or perform a skill check, lose current HP equal to your hunger value. Generally Hunger increases by 10 anytime you don't eat.
Hungry is removed as soon as you do finally eat sometimes. Make sure to keep some rations on hand, just in case.

Sick
When you're sick, you cannot have your HP restored when outside of a battle. During combat it can be, but field effects and items used when there's no present danger have no effect. Further more, if your current HP after a battle ends exceeds the current HP you had before it started, reduce it to the amount you had beforehand.
Sick can typically only be removed during a Full Rest taken after receiving proper medical treatment, be it from a settlement's local healer or from certain items or skill applications.

Weary
When you're weary, anytime you spend LP, lose 1 additional LP without gaining any effect from it.
Weary is removed anytime you have a couple hours to rest and relax.

Wound
When you suffer a wound, your maximum HP is decreased by an amount specified by the wound. If you're suffering from multiple wounds at once, total their values and lower your maximum HP accordingly.
Wounds can typically only be removed during a Full Rest taken after receiving proper medical treatment, be it from a settlement's local healer or from certain items or skill applications.
